Orb works best when members show up consistently, so we ask everyone to treat meetings with the same priority as any other important business appointment in their calendar.
If you’re unable to attend, we ask that you arrange a substitute where possible. This could be a colleague from your business, a friend, or even a client who would represent you well in the room.
As a general expectation, members should attend at least two meetings per month for a minimum of 10 months of the year. Consistent attendance helps build trust, stronger referrals, and better results for everyone. If attendance regularly falls below this level, we may need to review your membership to ensure the group remains strong and effective for all members.
