My career has always been centred around one core value: relationships.
I began my professional journey in the financial industry, working within ANZ and later Toyota Financial Services New Zealand. In these roles, I learned the importance of trust, clear communication, and genuinely understanding people’s needs—especially when they are making important financial decisions. Beyond the systems and processes, I discovered that what matters most is how people feel during those interactions.
After several years in the corporate world, I made a deliberate choice to follow a more personal path, prioritising a better work-life balance for my children. This led me to Little Cubs At Lynn’s, where I have worked as a Homebase Educator in childcare for over 14 years. This has been the most relationship-driven chapter of my career. Every day has been about connection—building trust with children, supporting families, and creating a safe, caring environment where children feel seen, valued, and supported as they grow.
Across both finance and childcare, the common thread has always been people. Whether guiding clients through financial processes or nurturing young children in their early development, my focus has remained the same: building strong, respectful, and lasting relationships.
Outside of work, I love to travel and explore new places, enjoy trying different foods, and spending quality time with my family and my two French Bulldogs.
Today, I continue to bring that same approach into everything I do—prioritising care, and genuine connection in every interaction.
