Hi, I’m Sarah, co-founder of Freerange HR. For the past eight years, I’ve been helping business owners and leaders navigate the people side of running a business through practical HR support, employment relations advice, compliance guidance, and strategic people and culture support.
What I enjoy most about my work is building long term relationships and helping businesses feel confident when managing their people. I love taking the stress out of HR and finding solutions that are practical, commercially sound, and tailored to each business.
Outside of work, I’m a mum of three and enjoy connecting with other business owners and supporting local businesses to succeed.

Yes. Freerange can guide businesses through organisational change, restructures and redundancy processes, including planning, consultation and implementation. Our aim is to help you manage change professionally while treating your people fairly and respectfully.
Freerange is an Employment Hero Partner and can support the entire implementation process, including planning, setup, data migration, HR documentation, training and go-live support. Ongoing HR support can also be provided after implementation.
